MAKRO IS THE WORST

after trying for almost a year to get a refund of R3907 from Makro, I have TO DATE not received the money. I gave them proof of payment on 13 July 2019. After communication with a senior person who assured me the matter would be "escalated", one of the staffers who sounds 'junior" wrote me an email Wednesday to give me an option to buy something else. THE LEVEL AND EXTENT OF ARROGANCE, INSENSITIVITY, INCOMPETENCE, INDOLENCE AND EVERY OTHER NEGATIVE QUALITY SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING.
