Makro is the one for bad experiences

Makro online misleads clients and have zero customer service. They are very happy to take your money and then sit back and do nothing to ensure delivery of ordered items. You as a client gets zero feedback and zero commitment from Makro to ensure timeously delivery. Ordered items on 28 November which was handed over to their courier partner - Value Logistics - items has not been delivered and nobody between the two companies can give a delivery date. Makro are just happy to escalate complaints and that is that, escalation has no effect. If you have lots of money lying around and just want to waste it by paying for items and wait indefinately for delivery, then Makro is the place to go to. If you want value for money and customer service, then Makro is definately a shop to avoid!
