Makro is the most useless pathetic company in SA

I will never ever buy anything from this place again. I bought an item, paid for it on 08 Dec 2022 up to date 10 Mar 2023 I have not received the item. No one at Head office can assist, No one at Makro Cape Gate can assist. The online manger at Cape Gate, Althia is useless, The switchboard lets you hang for 20 min at a time, then they cut your call you phone again you hang for 20 min cut the call over and over. When they finally answer the department you looking for lets you hang for more 20 minutes. Its is beyond pathetic.

I have never ever experienced this type of service. Why do they advertise items that they don't have stock of. I paid for something I don't have and now I am struggling to get my money back. Everyone at this company tells me I must calm down. ***!!
