Makro is the most horrible company at online shopping
Kindly give us a refund and also quit the online shop business because you are horrible at it. We are waiting for an order that is not with your supplier or yourself basically the courier company knows nothing about the order and we are waiting since the 12th??? Why did we even pay you????

17 May 2025, 03:41The reply to the email was useless from your agent that has no common sense to understand the urgency of this matter. More like your company has no means to speak to your supply and get some timeline on the delivery. This would be the second suggested refund in one month from your useless company. You are also talking about 2 to 14 stupid waiting time for the refund as if i have unlimited amounts in my account. I want a same day refund or my delivery today. Enough with your bull****!!!!!💔💔💔💔💔
