Makro is Terrible!!

We purchased a smart intercom unit at makro. We waited way longer than what was promised to receive the unit. We waited 2 weeks for item. And they promised 5 days maximum. Then received the item. Battery dies after 3 days and after new batteries and charging it, it continues to die. We are so furstrated with the slowest turn around time for deliveries, returns., etc. To our further frustration, it was collected finally. Now we had to follow up and they let us know it has not been reviewed or anything. What the heck. Makro is honestly needing to up their game they are pathetic. The customer service consultant are great but they can not help is at all.
