Makro is terrible!

I always shopped at Makro. Placed an order for delivery by the 23rd, they dispatched it without notification or tracking number. The order was then RTO'd. After numerous calls and escalations still no feedback, response or package received. This is terrible service and will be the last time I purchase anything from Makro.
