Makro is *****ing my money

On 26 April 2022 I placed an order with Makro (order number MAK***) for two 12000 Btu Jet Air - Midwall Split Unit air conditioner. Total price R 15 398 On 9 May 2022 only one air conditioner was delivered. I have been contacting Makro repeatedly, speaking to consultant via telephone and e-mail. Makro is just not prepared to do anything about this short delivery. I have explained to them that I have camera footage as proof that only one was delivered, Makro keeps blaming their supplier. The relationship between Makro and their supplier has nothing to do with me! I bought this from Makro and they need to fix this. I will never buy anything from Makro again. They are unprofessional and their staff is totally ***********. Be warned, Makro will ***** your money! This is shocking!
