Makro is *****ing from hardworking customers - Don't support them

Makro has still not processed a refund which dates back to the 9th of May 2020. I have sent them countless emails and follow-ups but they have ignored every single one of them. At this point Makro is *****ing from hardworking customers with no remorse. This has honestly left a bad impression and I no longer want to support them. I would warn anyone against supporting them due to their questionable service and ***** ********* business tactics.
