Makro is ridiculous
I bought from Makro using payflex on the 25th of April. When i ordered expected delivery date was the 28th of April. Now on the 28th i saw that my order has not updated and its still under processing. I than cancelled the order. Set an email to thier customer support. To date I have not recieved my refund. I call almost everyday to only be told alot of things that are useless. I am totally disgusted by their service.

You guys are really playing with me now, its been well over 14 working days and i have not recieved a call or communication from your team. this is ridiculous. I even went to the vaal branch to enquire but I was taken back and forth. I do not understand how you operate honestly.

05 Jun 2025, 08:58Makroooo, I am still waiting for my money, right now i just want to go to the store and buy something else, but still im being taken from pillar to post, u guys disgust me honestly, you failing people so much and this is ridiculous, we are sick and tired of being treated like we are not humans, your people lie to us and tell us stories just to cut the call, right now frustrated and i swear i will be taking this further. why is it my problem that u guys are failing to cancel an order, why is it my problem, u got my money right, u failed to even process my order but yet im being taken for **** with my hard earned money. I requested that i come to the store and take something else, but noo that cant happen, why are we being treated like this
