Makro is pathetic with customer service

Disgusting service. Bought a portable air conditioner online for Black Friday. It gets delivered middle December. The aircon blows got air because it needs to be connected to a window. Like seriously?! How does this make it portable. So I log a return cos this does. It work for me. Then today 6 weeks later I’m still trying to get the item returned. How shocking is this customer service from Makro. Going forward all items that can be bought from Makro is available on takealot and their customer service is superb. Less hassle and disappointment unlike Makro!
