Makro is pathetic
Worst company ever. They collected our machine on the 27th of july we heard nothing even after trying to get through to the correct department to handle it we where just given a run around. On the 21st we where told the machine is unrepairable so a voucher will be Issued still nothing try to call them no one can help and its a run around again. I mean really I have been washing everything by hand since the machine broke. But still we have no machine nad no answers. Pathetic judt pathetic

What does Makro do NOTHING absolutely NOTHING they keep sending automated replies how they escalated the matter but nothing comes from it they are useless and no one knows what they are doing or how to sort this out.
