Makro is Pathetic.

I logged a return at Makro which wasn’t attended to or ignored rather until I came on this platform to complain, the heater was eventually collected by the courier arranged by Makro for a replacement with the same heater but one in a good condition, I have been hoping for communication from Makro or atleast an updated regarding the process of my return but nothing.

Makro is the worst I must say, their service and customer service is pathetic.
