MAKRO IS PATHETIC

I would just like to say that Makro is the worst company ever. I have an ongoing complaint, since October 2019, and it is still not solved. They have sent me the wrong item in october last year, only picked it up in january. They were supposed to exchange it for the actual thing i wanted, but they never did. They didnt refund me, or gave me my item. I have emailed them, called them...with no luck. I want my gas stove, the one you owe me, or i want my money back. I want this solved this week. Im tired of this company. They are pathetic and their customer service is poor. Last time i have ever bought from them. As soon as i have my money, or my stove, then Makro wont see me again ever. PEOPLE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, MAKRO TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER. THEY ALSO DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS, AND THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. THE CALL CENTER IS CONFUSED AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS EITHER.
