Makro is pathetic
Makro is a pathetic organization. 2 visits to the store and no stock on the item. Enquiry on their website -after 5 days NO response. A call to the call center - spoke to a zombie. He can only note the complaint and total lack of client service. No suggestion as how to solve my problem. Is anybody at Makro interested in doing business?

29 Mar 2023, 15:35No, do not find your reply in order al all. I want to know WHEN this cheese product will be available at your Brackenfell Cape Gate store. Also, why it took 5 days and several attempt to get ANY response from you. You get 10/10 for poor service.
