Makro is pathetic and should be ashamed
Makro is not ready to enter the age of online service delivery. Absolutely useless customer service, I was promised to be called back 5 times (promised!) and was not called back once. Inept would be a compliment to Makro. I have already paid for the product but have not received my product within the estimated time. False advertising, repetitive excuses and ridiculous delivery standards seems to be the modus operandi at Makro. Spend your money anywhere else

30 Jul 2019, 17:50 Order number: MAK*** Good day Today I received an incorrect item delivery which was described as ‘We have upgraded your order, as well as given you a 20 piece accessory kit…' I do not consider the unsolicited product replacement an upgrade, in fact it is not at all what I wanted and does not meet the requirements I was intending to use the original product for.
