Makro is pathetic!!

I am now sick and tired of Makro. Been having the same issue constantly and nothing gets done and sorted.

I have a Makro RCS card which you have the option to put anything R600 and more on budget but it's been months now where i have to put the whole amount through cause they don't have the budget option on their speed points. The thing is they don't try and sort it out. I really don't care where the problem is, they do absolutely nothing to get it fixed they literally just pull up their shoulders and say sorry we don't know

They are causing people to walk out because we don't get the budget option like we are supposed to. It's RCS it has to have the budget option but they have a problem on their side and they do absolutely nothing about it. It is absolutely pathetic!!! I would not recommend getting a Makro RCS account or using any RSC at Makro at all. They literally just tell you sorry we don't know they do nothing to try and help and sort out the problem that is 200% on their side
