Makro is Pathetic
Makro is not even worthy of the one star. I ordered something from them on the 29th of November 2024 and they promised to deliver on the 5th of December. When i tracked my order on the day of delivery it said ‘Delivery failed, reattempt. It has been 4 days now and i have not received any communication from them. Pathetic service if you ask me. I’ve been calling them everyday and they promise each time to ‘escalate’ the matter but nothing is being done.

17 Jan 2025, 09:04So the walking pad i bought from Makro (and struggled to get it delivered) stopped working within 3 weeks of getting it. I called Makro on the 9th of January 2025 and they said they are going to send a technician over to my house to fix it. It has been more than a week and there has been no communication from their side. Just when i thought their service couldn’t get any worse😡
