Makro is PATHETIC
Makro, accepted an online order for a washer and dryer machine. However after numerous follow ups, I was told that the product, has been sold out. Already paid for and debited from my account, I now had to wait. Their customer support helpline is an even bigger joke. I will never set foot in a Makro store, ever again, nor would I order something online!
Sort your issues out and don't let it impact ypur customers.
