Makro is Pathetic

I am really angry with Makro. I have been calling pertaining my order since Wednesday and up until now, all I am hearing is stories. I wrote a review yesterday and someone by the name Tebogo Koitsioe responded saying I will revert back as soon as possible. Until now, I am waiting.

Today I called their number and it took almost 10 minutes for the agent to pick up the phone and she put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Are you people going to refund my airtime that I have been using to call you since Wednesday?

Makro you are pathetic beyond measure and I will say this again, do not buy anything from Makro online unless you want your order to be delivered in 5 months time. Your service is disgusting and never will I come cross near you again. I hope this reaches as many people as it can so that they can make informed choices not to buy anything online from Makro.

Please, Tebogo Koitsioe, I am not going to accept your half baked apology and do not waste your time responding unless you are telling me that my order is on the way. You really know how to **** someone off. I want my order delivered, is that too much to ask? It is like you are doing me a favour of some sort, no I payed my money.
