Makro is not worth out business!

Ordered items from Makro on Friday. After I noted that the app automatically selected my second adress, I called them as per the instructions on their web page, so as to rectify/alter same. The lady said that she had rectified it and gave me reference number ***. However, they keep attempting delivery to the incorrect adress, which means that days later, I still do not have my order. Clearly Makro staff don't do their jobs at all and the consultant who answered the call, was simply patronizing me. I am so annoyed. I never wish to do business with them again.
