Makro is ****ming their clients

Does Makro actually refund people or they are running a ****? I made an online purchase on the 29 August 2023 to an amount of R1990 bit only 2 items were delivered value to R498. I was told that other items were coming from Johannesburg as Cape Town was out of stock. To my surprise I was called by a courier company in Johannesburg wanting to deliver my items and ask me to send them my location of which I did. They told me that the location I sent show I'm in Cape Town and they can't deliver my parcel because they are delivering locally in Johannesburg. They then returned the items back to the store. I've been calling Makro day after day and they kept on telling me different stories. On the 16 October 2023 I then decided to cancel the items that were not delivered and requested a refund. Up until today they have not refunded my money but they said their refund takes 7-14 working days. We are soo close to another 16th of the following month now but the stories have not ended as I keep calling to check the progress of my refund. I'm deeply disappointed amd will never buy from Makro again
