Makro is ****ming it's online customers.

I made an online order on the 22nd of July for an amount of R76 including delivery. I received an email with my invoice on the 26th of July and on the 27th of July i received another email where they were saying they are cancelling my order and that i will be refunded. To my surprise, i received only R26 and the R50 for delivery was not refunded. What did they deliver if they are keeping the R50 for delivery? I want my money in full since NOTHING was delvered.
