Makro is low down dirty shame

A low down dirty shame of a company,mass mart is just American ******* from top down.never ever ever ever buy from Makro online, they are the worst bunch of imbeciles you’ll ever have to deal with…no product no money,I bought my son a bike for his birthday on Black Friday 25 November 24 but this suckers spoiled everything, they are useless useless useless, I hate Makro with a passion, never will shop there again even if it’s the last place on earth…****** bustards, they cancelled the order this bunch of thick ******* & told me I’ll get a refund in 14 days it’s been a month this ****** rejects,I went to the store (montage gardens) on his birthday which was 7 days after purchasing & the sales manager says the bike I bought it’s online only via market place they don’t stock the bike, then I told him I’ll just take any bike for the price he said no,I was so angry following day, they cancelled the order told me I’ll receive the money in 7-14 days after not receiving a cent I went back to the store just two days before Christmas cause my son still didn’t get a bike & he’s on school holidays all his friends have bikes except for him & I promised him a bike…then I asked for the manager Sindi came & wanted to shake my hand but I was not in the shaking hands mood, I told her my problem then she said I was rude, she came back with the excuse of market place I said to her that’s why i didn’t want to shake ur hand cause I saw u from a mile away that ur full of ****…that women made me stand in the store for 5 hrs & never returned,who’s rude now? I then told one of the staff that I’ll get a bike & go then 3 staff members come to me…one short bold head guy says to me u won’t take the bike…then he shows me a email message that the refund was done few min ago, then I got a call from the call centre by a lady telling me they have now done the refund it should reflect in 5-7 working days ****** hell man! It’s now 2025 & still don’t have a bike or money…for such a company it’s horrible low down dirty shame people don’t even get me started with the useless call centre worse than shebeen service
