Makro is Horrible
I have written down my address and even mentioned what building my home is opposite to in the Vaal. The allocator takes my order to Springs twice and I’m not getting any feedback from the Carnival Store in Eastrand. Why aren’t Makro employees held accountable for inconveniencing us small businesses?
I’ve lost 2 clients for Year End functions because of this order and it’s just normal behaviour for this Brand, I’m disgusted I don’t want to lie

09 Dec 2024, 06:38Manage your public reputation all you want. The fact that my order hasn’t been delivered to me even today just shows that your money is not where your mouth is as a brand. We will continue screaming about this bad service until you understand you’re not doing us a favor and your staff must be accountable.
