Makro is horrible!

They don’t even deserve a one star!!!! I ordered a white tree and gets delivered today which was a nightmare to get it delivered , wrong tree , colour and size called customer care and they said I’ll be refunded and I must log a return I said my frustration and she kept sighing and giving attitude wanted to speak to the manager and she said he won’t speak to me because he will tell me the same thing! I have never had customer service like this ! It’s utterly disgusting they don’t care they blame third parties all the time they take no accountability
