Makro is failing me!

I am writing here for the second time to express my deep frustration regarding a purchase I made in February 2024, for which I have still not received any feedback, refund, or resolution. Despite numerous follow-ups, I continue to receive vague promises without any concrete action.

At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing, and I feel as though I have been ****med.
