Makro is failing me

Hi I bought a defy front loader washing machine from Makro (online) last year. I April this year it stopped working and I sent them an email. They sent someone to come look at it and that was the last time I heard from them. I have sent numerous emails following up but no luck. I have been hand washing for all this time because I can't afford another machine, R7000 is a lot of money which I don't have.
