Makro is dirty and a health hazard

Makro sold me rotten milk in swollen boxed with moving bugs, to say I'm disgusted is an understatement and worse they don't even respond to my emails and phone calls.

I'm so disgusted and regret coming to your shop. On Monday 9 December I was at makro at Carnival in Brakpan to buy some groceries which included the 6 pack of milk and upon opening the box I found that it is spoiled and some boxes had crawling bugs as per the attached picture. May I please be refunded back my money or have the milk delivered to my house because I will not afford to travel all the way to Brakpan to exchange

This is the email I sent them on the same day when I arrived at home and to date there's no response and they don't answer their phone.
