Makro is destroying my 30th birthday
I am hosting my 30th birthday party and supplying all the foods and drinks. So I booked and ordered my stuff in advance. On the 5th of August I ordered 18 parcels of alcohol from Makro online, paid in full immediately, the order receipt sais latest day of delivery is on the 13th of August, today is the 21st of August, my party is on the 24th. Everytime I call them they say it will get sorted and that someone will call me back within an hour, I need my order by today, because I won't be at the address of delivery after today until next week, I still haven't received a call or message to say that my order has been dispatched, I am in tears, refund is going to take 5 to 7 working days, so I won't have any drinks for my guests because Makro is fůçķiňg up my order, I paid on the 5th. I am so so sad and so disappointed that I chose Makro to buy my liquor from, so upset and heartbroken.
