Makro is day light robbing me, i want my parcel.

I order a few items from makro on the 16th of March, some of them were delivered but 2 are still outstanding, the courier company they were using was Courier Guy, the driver from there told me that the last parcel was damaged and returned to makro and makro says they don't know where the parcel is and will call the supplier to get more information. They have been calling the supplier since last week and today I spent an hour on the phone trying to find out what is happening only to have the phone cut in my ear. So basically Makro is *****ing my money. I want what I ordered and I want it before the end of this week.
