Makro is capable of great service

I'm pleased to say that at last Makro processed my refunds , correctly . It was very frustrating for me as I love shopping at Makro . Makro seems under staffed and their whatsapp line does not work properly . I got help from a gentleman who listened attentively and didn't leave me hanging . I have recently shopped at Makro and the service was great.
