MAKRO IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!!

So I placed an online order with Makro on the 26th of March 19, and the expected delivery date was supposed to be for the 2nd of April. Up to date NOTHING!!!!! I have called and e-mailed well lets start with the fact that no one bothers to reply to my e-mails. The guy that keeps calling me to say he is following up also cannot assist, I have been told I cannot talk to management. Today the same guy tells me that my order shows that it was delivered gave me a funny name that it was delivered to, which I think is a lie because they do not know where my order is. The sad part is I am losing money daily as I needed the item for work. I have placed ALOT of orders online but MAKRO IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM. They have my money but no parcel. To say I am furious is an understatement!!!! Is this really how they treat their customers???? I wish I could have just placed the order with another company to begin with, but I never expected this from them.

Everyone that answers the phone is useless, now when I log in it shows order completed but no parcel delivered is this how they rob people?????
