MARKO IS BEYOND USELESS.

After writing a review on hello peter I got a phone call from makro asking for my bank statements AGAIN. I sent the statements on the 17/06/2025, I had not heard back from them therefore I emailed them on the 25/06/2025 asking for an update, I got a phone call, to say that they are waiting for an update from the finance department however to this day I am still waiting for my refund and an update. I am tired of fighting with them for this refund. Therefore, if I do not hear from them today I will be going to SAPS and opening a case of ***** against makro. It has been 7 months of asking for my refund now. I will not hesitate to take this matter to the media as this is theft.
