Makro is below par. Company should be closed down

Please dont buy from this store their customer service is so poor . You ask for a manager and none of their agents is willing to transfer you to a manager . I expected my order on Saturday 3 May when i called to enquire they just said its going to be delivered on Monday . No regards for customers. The agent i spoke to Zintle should not even be in a calla centre put me on hold after asking for a manager i waited for more than 30 minutes with no feedback . They really need to relook their processes as they are losing customers
