MAKRO IS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought blinds online on the 20th & 21st of April 2024. Items showed online purchase only. ONLY partial delivery took place on one order, however we were not notified that Makro cancelled the order themselves and neither have they informed us that the order will not be delivered in full.

ONLY 1.5 hours after the deliver took place we received the sms notification that only 4 items from the one order can be delivered due to supplier out of stock. MAKRO cancelled the one order in whole and then also a partial of the other order.

The 4 items that were delivered from the one order were the incorrect color & it were damaged & they delivered an empty box... WHAT???? Struggled for 2 days to get MAKRO to come and collect the items.

Now we're struggling to get the refunds for the orders for more than 5 days. I have to phone up to 5 times per day to get a response. They cannot phone to let you know what's going on.

Then they tell you that only partial will be refunded, and not your whole amount, but you have paid the whole amount. I personally feel that someone there is *****ing customers money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are not honest with a person, and tell you that you'll have to wait for 10 - 15 Working days for a refund, whilst they immediately take the money from your account?????

This is extremely poor service..... NOT even the Operations Director can get back to a person to advise what's going on, even after you've emailed him 2 times......

The Refund Department telephone number *** that the call centre supp****, just rings..... I wonder if this is even the correct number. The other number they provided were ***, that number clearly just says " no you have dailed does not exist"

How are you as a customer supposed to believe a word that's coming from their call centre staff mouths if this happens.

Will never, ever again purchase anything from Makro.

Ladies and gentleman, please do not purchase from them as they are sneaky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
