Makro is bad

I've been calling Makro everyday with my own Airtime and they are not willing to pay me my refund back ...whole 2weeks I'm calling them everyday and some they are rude to me..I'm tired 😫 😩 Makro treat their customers like trash I can't be fighting for my money like this
