Makro is BAD

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received from the Makro online ordering service, My wife and I ordered two Pedestals advised with black door knobs, we receiver the item with white door knobs, much to our dissatisfaction we called them to process a refund as this is not what we thought it would be.

Its been a week later after promises that they would collect and they can't even give us a timeline as to when they will collect... and apparently it take at least 10 days for them to confirm it they would refund us.

Coming from a customer service industry this is by far the worst process to deal with... especially in times we have to treat our customer with the utmost convenient experience.

SHOCKING.....
