Makro is *********** and has no regard for customer service

This is a follow up on my previous complaint. After a month of phoning their call center, trying to get my order cancelled etc. they delivered most of my order. The case of beer still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, even though they claim to have delivered. The delivery note stated 6 items, although only 5 arrived. I did eventually receive a response from Makro through this Platform, but once again it was the same as the call centers promises to escalate with no result.
