Makro is adamant on *****ing from the marginalized

So, after my last review, Makro responded saying they will not be taking the table back because its not in its original packaging anymore and that the 14 day return period had long passed. My question to them is 1. How is the 14 day return period my problem when you intentionally ignored my emails and completely forgot to do your jobs to process the whole thing? 2. When you say the original packaging damaged, how else was i supposed to open the box to the that monstrosity you call a table? I do not appreciate the being bul**** by a giant such as makro and I will not be. I've spoken to several ppl and it seems, like most things in this country, when black people complain nobody cares. While on the flip side whites are treated like the favorite child of this country. It's not fair that this happens with most institutions. I worked really hard for my money, makro can't ***** it from me. I'm sorry. Can we solve this like the adults that we are? Or should it get nasty?
