Makro is a Zoo
This is my 2nd review on Makro. They are the most useless and *********** staff working, no care for their clients at all.
It's been 2 months and I still haven't received feedback re my refund.

27 Jul 2023, 19:31You keep apologizing but no steps are taken to resolve the issue at hand. A lady named Mbasakazi from customer care promised to revert back to me 3 weeks ago up until this day the issue is still hanging!
