Makro is a **** xem

I bought a Lg fridge from Makro in 2021 and the fridge started giving me problem in 2022. I reported the the problem to them technician was sent to fix the fridge, in couple of months the fridge started having problems again, I asked for them to exchange the fridge since it was still under warranty, they refused and capped on fixing it. In 2024 the fridge stopped working at all. They said they won't replace it because it was due to high voltage electricity. I hired a private technician who said the compressor was the one a faulty and is is causing all the problems, and the compressor is still under warranty for 10 years. Makro won't help me. Kindly assist me I really don't have money to buy a knew fridge at this point. How can I fridge work only for 3 years, and it was so expensive.
