Makro is a **** with online Purchases

I bought an Silver crest Aifryer last year September 2023, Upon receiving the air fryer the screen was not working , I then logged a return , Makro then said no they will fix the screen, upon receiving back the aifryer only half of the screen displayed, Aifryer was then collected so I stated instead on a refund , no the aifryer is fine , two weeks ago I logged a complaint that aifryer is blowing cold wind, I spoke to 2 different people and sent emails was told to take it back to Makro Struebens Valley after travelling 45km, @ returns A lady stated it was online Purchase , so Makro should send a Courier company. Monday I sent numerous emails and logged complaints only to be told aifryer wouldn't be repaired or returned.

NEVER BUY APPLIANCES AT MAKRO, ITS A ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
