Makro is a very good store I am extremely disappointed with the online services that they are providing.

Good day, I'm going to try to make this shortest possible. I normally shop at Makro all the time, they've got very good products and very good service in the shop itself.

I went and purchased an item from a makro online store.

They said on the page item was in stock now it is almost 8 days later and there's nothing that has come to me so I contacted them and they said to me the following, I went to the chat online system on makro which was not helpful.

I telephoned Makro customer care the lady said to me she would sort the problem out, there was a problem with the system, I did a follow-up today again on a chat system, and I found another excuse all of a sudden my order is not there, there's a problem with the system so I asked the guy can I please have a refund and I was told no.

My conclusion is as follows do not buy from Makro Online please tell Makro to go for lessons at takealot on how to do online sales.
