MAKRO IS A ****,THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN

Makro ****s people, I paid R1000 for my order and I don't make so much money so it is just a huge blow to me.I ordered on the 26th of November 2025 and the website said the delivery would arrive in 2 days but the next day I get a call that they about to deliver and I was not home.I asked for a reschedule... courier guy agreed.Day of the delivery no one calls me so I call the guy he says the delivery is assigned to someone else but he will make sure to pass on my delivery details.I waited around the pms I call Makro,they tell me the order is delivered and they will find out and get back to me.I cancel the order after not receiving any feedback...approved then not approved.I been calling like crazy the customer service numbers don't exist.I can't believe it even now.My money is gone...no delivery... nothing.I hope no one goes through this
