Makro is a ****. Terrible everything.

I made an order for goods that took more than the required time to be delivered. Makro does not reply to emails, they hang up when you try to call. When I finally got hold of them I asked for a refund and they said they have escalated to the finance team. There is no option to cancel the order online. Since then there has been no communication from Makro. They don't respond at all. Today they delivered 1 out of 9 items ordered. Now my order is saying delivered. It is not. There is no way of getting hold of them for an explanation. My money is gone and I don't have the things I want, even if I don't need them anymore. What a load of ****.
