MAKRO is a **** , PATHETIC, UGH

Why am I even Giving Makro a 1 rating because clearly they deserve nothing. On top of the frustration of not having recieved my order after a whole MONTH now , the lies on top of lies I am receiving from the caller agents is beyond me. I have been told everyday , that my order will be delivered on that day but nothing. I call everyday, mind you thats my airtime yet still i cant get an honest feedback . Makro mentions their courier company but funny enough when i search for this company dololo not found.. I was really reluctant in taking this to social media i.e twitter and Facebook, and luckily i have a good follow base . But it seems I have no choice . As maybe that will get the attention. Mxm Makro is pathetic.
