I made an online order

Makro Card Number: *** Order Number: MAK*** Payment Method: Card (R 408.50) on the 10th August 2022 for a product that was on special. I then called the following day to check how far my order is, one of the customer care agent Kgomotso Rakale told me she will escalate the matter then she gave me a ref no for my call ***.Today I called to do a follow up on my query then Ntokozo Nkosi told me Makro made a mistake on the pricing so am gonna get a refund. There are lot of people I know who ordered the same pack of Juice and they got them with the special price. I want what I ordered not a refund
