Makro is a ****, my order was collected without me going there, upon calling their Germiston store and spoke to Otto Moyeni I was informed that it's not actually collected but canceled without sending any form of communication, I was told my order was canceled because there was an online error, so should I have not called the Germiston store I wouldn't have received any communication.
