Makro is a ****

Hi, this morning I came across a smeg promotion on the makro website which were 3 toasters and 3 kettles for R6000 and with excitement I ordered and it go approved and debited money from my account. Just after 30 mins I got an email that there was an error and they will refund me my money with 7 working days.... What I know is that whatever price you see on a product that is what you gonna pay no matter what, so I was just amazed by them just canceling my order, I wanted to escalate this problem to you... I hope I get the help I need
