Makro is a ****

I went to makro at silberlake to buy a microwave univa 28L on September 2020 it was on display the was no other one so i was desperate and im having a small baby i wanted to warm his food i decided to take the one on display and around june it started to give a problem i was sometimes warm the food and some other times it doesn't warm the food so i took it back since it was under warranty for them to fix it they told me they book for repair nd it them the whole month"mind you i have a small baby i want to warm the food"and they called again to say i can cum to the store to pick it up and im spending my own money for the up and down when i get home with the microwave i try using it it warm the food and later i wanted to feed the baby i warm the microwave nothing happened its like i was not warming it and it was also making weird sound and i ask my boyfriend to take back because i was on isolation someone i was in contact with tests positive for covid so when he got there they send back with it and the manager said he will take it up with him for there and he said we must call if i do the same thing we did call using my airtime again he told me to switch it off and on again while hes holding and i must warm water i told him its not warming it and he said he will call the univa company because i told him i want it to be replace because i took it back it not working and he said i will have to book it and i told him that i wont book it for the second time because they never fix it for the first time how can they fix it now so he said i must bring it back to the shop and since they this thing of looting shop i didn't go and when things has settle down i ask my boyfriend to take it back because i was going to work and when he got there they book it again for fixing instead of them replacing it and they say the manager we took to was not in so he did it was the 15th of july and we went back again to get the feedback and they say the will call us to give us feedback since then they never said anything i want them to replace the microwave because im struggling now to warm the food
